If you read my National cupcake week post (if not you can do so 'here') you'd have read that we were sent 2 cupcake kits to make up to celebrate cupcake week but sadly we only managed to find the time to make the one.
This Sunday me and the girls finally made up the second kit being the Greens mini daisy cupcake kit, the girls had great fun making them and I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy decorating them I'm not sure how cake makers do it full time tho!
The kit allows you to make 24 mini cupcakes and comes with
whit roll out icing
Yellow icing mix
Vanilla cake mix
Mini cake cases
To make your cakes all you need is 1 medium egg, cold water and icing sugar for dusting.
Prep time 1O minutes, Bake time 12 minutes.
I broke some of the daisy petals off so some cakes went without so I didn't include those in the photo, There was the extra that was needed to make the centre of the daisys as pictured on the box BUT the girls had already started bickering over who gets to have the icing bowl & spoon (what baking is complete without that argument?) so I used icing instead so they could get their mitts on the bowl before it turned violent!
